This also accounts for why players do not and have not (at least from our reports) encountered the issue again. However, the way in which the system detects these saves made an error, causing it to identify your first new saves as potential demo saves. To prevent this, the system is taught to wipe these initial saves to ensure you don't encounter crashes and an unplayable game.
